Here you will find older mobile homes typically in the 750; 864; 900; 960; 1,044; 1,088 and 1,150 square feet range. This is a treed site and residents living here enjoy the use of a clubhouse and a fitness room. Rules are in place to help create a safe living experience.
Rules cover such things as signage, window coverings (no tin foil for example), the type of clotheslines you can use, no onsite vehicle repairs and the rule that dogs being walked must be on a lease.
We also note that “Northlander Industries Manufactures is a block or two away to the east. It manufactures Park Model homes/mobile homes and manufactured homes. If you visit their website, it quickly becomes apparent that there is a completely new generation of “mobile home lifestyles”. It could be suggested that these kinds of new products will give many of these older mobile parks a new lease on life.
