Details:

A south west Exeter location in “Snider Subdivision”. The walk to Victoria Park is about four blocks away and the walk to South Huron Hospital is about six blocks away. This section of town is largely void of commercial activities.

Four clusters of three units each and two clusters of four. The clusters on the north side of Somertime back onto more expensive newer single family homes on Snider Crescent. Some units in some of these clusters have deeper rear yards. Known sizes of 1,050; 1,080 and 1,250 square feet. Brown-reddish brick, black shingles, taupe eaves and white trim. Most units were built with two bedrooms on the main and others with one bedroom. A main floor laundry, single car garage with inside entry and terrace doors to a rear deck.

Excellent curb appeal thanks to the cement driveways and uniform rows of front yard trees. The colour of the leaves in the autumn is quite striking. There are association fees of $85.00 per month (2022) for grass cutting and snow removal with the balance going towards a roof contingency fund. Finding a unit for sale is always something of a challenge.
